Dr Tanup Prasai has been part of the Orthopaedic team at Nepal Mediciti from its inception. He has been providing regular service as a consultant in the subspecialty of Hand and Wrist Surgery.
Dr Tanup has 9 years of experience in teaching both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. He completed his MBBS from the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan and his MS Degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi. He further completed a 1 year Fellowship in Hand Surgery from the Dandenong Hospital (Monash University) in Melbourne, Australia and is one among only a very few surgeons in Nepal specifically trained in Hand Surgery.
6 week placement in the Orthopaedic department of the Northern Hospital, Melbourne, Australia.
12 month Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the Dandenong Hospital , Monash Health, Melbourne, Australia.
