Dr. Niva Chitrakar is an Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at Nepal Mediciti, known for delivering expert care in musculoskeletal and trauma-related conditions. He completed his MBBS from Wuhan University, Hubei, China, and went on to earn his MS in Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery from Universal College of Medical Sciences (Tribhuvan University) in 2017.

Dr. Chitrakar began his professional journey as a Registrar at Blue Cross Hospital in Tripureswor, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in managing diverse orthopaedic cases. This role laid a strong clinical foundation and honed his surgical skills in trauma and joint care.

Since joining Nepal Mediciti in April 2018, Dr. Chitrakar has played a crucial role in strengthening the hospital’s orthopaedic and trauma surgery services. He is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care for bone, joint, and soft tissue injuries.
