Dr. Kundana Rayamajhi is a young Radiologist and jr. Consultant working in Nepal Mediciti Hospital. She has special interest in women’s imaging and has done a fellowship in Breast Imaging from Max Super speciality Hospital, New Delhi, India. She is an active member of BISI (Breast Imaging Society of India) and NRA (Nepal Radiologist Association).

She has done her 4 year MBBS course from Tianjin Medical University, People’s Republic of China followed by 2 years clinical exposure in National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS ,Bir Hospital) which is the largest government  hospital of Nepal.

She did her MD in Radiology from Universal College of Medical Sciences , Tribhuvan University. 

She has a special interest in women’s imaging and did her postdoctoral  Fellowship in Breast Imaging from Max Super speciality Hospital, New Delhi, India.

Past Experience:

• Resident Officer- Shahid Gangalal National heart center, Kathmandu Nepal.
• Residential Training on Radiology and Imaging : Universal College of Medical Sciences , Tribhuvan University. 
• Postdoctoral  Fellowship in Breast Imaging : Max Superspeciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi, India.

Specialization and Expertise:

• Fellowship in Breast Imaging : Skilled reporting of mammogram and  MRI breast. Performing ultrasound of breast. 
• Breast Imaging Procedures : Biopsies and FNAC .Wire localization , clip placement.
