  • Kindly book the appointment before visiting the clinic
  • Appointment shall be cancelled if the name, Hap ID (Australia only) and Passport number do not match with original.
  • If appointment shall be cancelled/rescheduled, it should be done 24hours in advance.
  • If you don’t attend on scheduled appointment time/date you will need to reschedule the appointment.
  • If your menstruation period starts on the day of the appointment, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment. (Contact us at: Telephone: 01- 4217766 Extension :1802)
  • If a client is found to have performed an IME using his/her HAP ID (Australia only) from a different clinic, the existing appointment in our clinic will be terminated without any information.
