Principal Consultant
Dr. Rekha Sthapit is the Principal Consultant with over 20 years of clinical expertise, specializing in preventive healthcare, wellness, and primary care. With a strong foundation in General Practice and a super specialization in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Sthapit is known for her patient-centered, holistic approach that emphasizes preventive screenings, regular health check-ups, and long-term wellness management.
Throughout her career, Dr. Sthapit has made significant contributions to both clinical practice and medical education in Nepal. She served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Manmohan Memorial Medical College and Teaching Hospital and held the position of Senior Consultant and Assistant Professor at the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Bir Hospital.
Her academic involvement also includes her role as a Lecturer at People’s Dental College and as a Consultant at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, where she was part of the Department of General Practice and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Sthapit’s deep commitment to continuous professional development and medical education reflects her dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and promoting health awareness across all age groups.
As a leader in preventive health, Dr. Sthapit is passionate about empowering patients through education and proactive health management, ensuring they receive comprehensive and compassionate care at every stage of life.
